These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Connect-IT to the customer. By requesting, booking, or receiving any service from Connect-IT, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Connect-IT provides technology integration services, including but not limited to:

Wi-Fi & network infrastructure design and installation

Smart home and automation integration
-
Security and surveillance setup and configuration
-
TV mounting and media installation
-
Consultation & custom design services
All services are provided based on the specifications and information given by the client.
2. Equipment & Ownership
The client may supply their own equipment, or Connect-IT may provide equipment as part of a service package.

If company-provided equipment is used

The client receives a three (3) year equipment warranty from date of installation, depending on the equipment.

If client-provided equipment is used
-
No equipment warranty is offered, and the company assumes no responsibility for performance, compatibility, or quality.

All equipment provided by Connect-IT remains company property until paid in full.
3. Labor & Workmanship Warranty
Connect-IT does not provide a labor warranty.
Services are performed based on industry best practices and documentation provided at the time of installation. Once installation is complete, ongoing functionality depends on variables outside our control (client network usage, ISP performance, interference, environmental conditions, etc.).
4. Scheduling, Access & Preparation
Client must provide reasonable access to the property on the scheduled service date.
Client is responsible for ensuring:

Access to the required areas

Power and internet availability (if needed for configuration)

Authorization for the company to work on the premises
If access is not provided at the scheduled appointment time, rescheduling fees may apply.
5. Payment & Refunds
All quotes and invoices must be paid per the terms listed on the invoice.

Deposits are required for requirement purchased by the company

Final payment is due at completion of service, unless otherwise stated.

No refunds will be issued for completed labor.
No chargebacks or reversals are permitted without prior written communicated with the company.
6. Client Responsibilities
Client is responsible for:

Providing accurate information about the property
-
Confirming that all networks and devices are legally owned or authorized
-
Maintaining changed passwords, network credentials, and access point-installation
Client is responsible for ongoing maintenance unless contracted separately.
7. Third-Party Services
The company may integrate with third-party products, platforms, or services (e.g., ISP routers, streaming platforms, cloud storage providers, etc.). The company is not responsible for outages, failures, or changes in performance caused by these third-party systems.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connect-IT shall not be liable for:

Loss of data

Loss of business
-
Loss of revenue or profits
-
Personal injury
-
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
The company's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service performed.
9. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Connect-IT from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Equipment provided by the client
-
Misuse or alteration of installed systems
-
Unauthorized access or tampering post-installation
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Florida.

11. Privacy & Security
Client network credentials, if shared with the company for configuration purposes, will only be used for provisioning the requested service and will not be stored after completion of work.
12. Changes to Terms
Connect-IT may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes agreement to updated Terms.
